Returns

We know that sometimes things don't work out.  

For online returns, all items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. We offer full refunds within 14 days of your package being delivered to you.  After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant, and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. You may also return your online purchase in-store within 14 days of your package being delivered to you for a full refund.  All items must meet the conditions above.  ONLINE RETURNS RETURN TO 704 MAIN STREET, CEDAR FALLS, IA 50613 FOR SHIPPED RETURNS.

For in-store returns, (items you bought in-store and are returning in-store), all items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant, and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.You will have 7 days from the day of purchase to return for a refund.  

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale 
• Sale Items
• Bralettes + Intimates

Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
